All paintings are produced on high-quality 300gsm watercolour card and are carefully packaged in a sturdy cardboard parcel box, ensuring they arrive well protected.

Turnaround Times

As each piece is made to order, delivery times are approximately 3–4 weeks from the point I receive all the required information and reference images for your order.

Please note:
If images or details are sent late, this will add to the overall turnaround time. If you need your artwork for a specific date, please get in touch before placing your order and I’ll always do my best to help.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

All bespoke orders must be confirmed by me before proceeding. If you’re unsure what to order, or which option is best for your idea, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — I’m always happy to advise. 

Every piece is hand painted with you in mind. Nothing is too much to ask, and each creation is made uniquely for you.

Style & Expectations

I have my own illustration style, so please familiarise yourself with my work before ordering. I am not a fine art illustrator, and my pieces are not intended to be exact replicas.

Instead, each artwork focuses on capturing character, personality, and sentiment... whether that’s a person, animal, or cherished object, creating something meaningful and full of heart.

Postage & Delivery

All items are sent Second Class Tracked, without a signature required. This allows me to track your order once it has arrived at its destination.

Murphy & Me Co is a small, one-woman business, so responses may occasionally take a little longer. Please know that I will always reply and help as quickly as I can ...your order truly matters to me.

Framing:

 Frames are not included unless you order an 'Illustrated Frame'.

Returns & Refunds

As all artwork is bespoke and made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or refunds unless an item arrives damaged.
